| 内容記述 | 児童の健康の保持増進を進めるためには，学校における全ての教育活動で関わる必要があり，そのために児童・生徒の養護を司る養護教諭の役割は重要である。養護教諭は，保健室経営計画を作成すること，教職員と連携し学校保健の充実を図ることが求められている一方で，保健室経営計画が作成されながらも，十分に周知・活用されていないという現状も見られる。 本稿では，学校保健の充実を図るために重要な要因である保健室経営計画の作成とその活用についての現状と課題を理解するため，養護教諭の意識と課題を明らかにすることを試みた。方法として，４名の養護教諭に保健室経営計画についてインタビュー調査を実施し，グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチによる分析を行った。 結果，６つのカテゴリーからなる統合関連図が作成され，養護教諭の課題解決型の保健室経営計画の作成と活用に関する課題や効果が示された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In order to maintain and improve the health of children, it is necessary to be involved in all educational activities in schools. As a basic system, Yogo teacher are required to create a school health room management plan and to improve school health in cooperation with faculty and staff, while the school health room management plan is well known. The current situation is that it is not being used. In this paper, in order to understand the current situation and issues regarding the creation and utilization of the school health room management plan, which is an important factor for improving school health, we will clarify the awareness and issues of Yogo teacher. I tried. As a method, we conducted an interview survey with four school nurses about the school health room management plan and analyzed it by the Grounded theory approach. As a result, a related diagram consisting of 6 categories was created, and the issues and effects related to the creation and utilization of the school health room management plan of the Yogo teacher were shown. | |||||||||||||||||
