| 内容記述 | Natural disasters are occurring more frequently and have intensified in recent years, resulting in emphasis on safety and the surrounding environment in the selection of housing. The new lifestyle brought about by the coronavirus pandemic has also led to growing interest in diverse ways of living. People’s housing needs are changing considerably. Housing is the foundation that supports daily life, and housing education has mainly been carried out in home economics classes in school education to date. Home economics teaches fundamental and basic knowledge and skills related to comfortable living and aims to guide students toward living a safe and environmentally conscious lifestyle. The entire school education system needs to be addressed to enhance housing education in the future. We therefore attempted to reconsider housing education from a cross-curricular perspective. We organized descriptions of curriculum guidelines for each subject and considered the ideal state of housing education in school education, with a focus on home economics. The results revealed scattered content pertaining to housing education throughout the learning content of each subject. | |||||||||||
