A phrase, \"Theory and Practice\" has been applied to \"two different places\" as a metaphorical expression. These expressions may confuse educational practitioners and researchers by the fact that the meaning of the well-sounding word \"Oukan\" is evasive, fuzzy, and cloudy. Other indefinite things are what \"Theory and Practice\" really means, who does \"Oukan\"?\"going back and forth between two different places.\" and the relationship between these expressions. Although \"Theory and Practice\" are used in the educational fields, both of those seemed to be composed of six conceptual elements. These are (a)subject contents, (b)subject instruction, (c)student instruction, (d)class management, (e)regional corporation, and ( f )others. That means for instance there are theory of subject contents and practice of subject contents. However, \"Oukan\" does not always lead better competence and performance for teachers who did \"Oukan,\" but may be just a first process in which teachers face \"Theory and Practice.\" \"Oukan\" itself cannot prove development of teachers. One of the proof methods is to look at \"integration\" and \"fusion\" at the theoretical and practical phases in the thinking or in the actual classes of teachers.
