The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between “school engagement” and “negative mindwandering” for building resilience. In Study 1, we created a “school engagement scale”, “amygdala response scale”, and “negative mindwandering scale”, and examined the validity and reliability performance. Study 2 examined the relationship between school engagement, amygdala reactivity, and negative mind-wandering. As a result, it was suggested that school engagement works against negative mind-wandering. |
