| 内容記述 | This study aimed to verify whether a one-off Sandplay group would be as effective in improving educational consultation skills as an ongoing training. Two different one-off trainings were implemented (Practice 1, Practice 2) and compared. It was discovered the Sandplay group had two main effects on schoolteachers: 1) promoting selfunderstanding and understanding of others, and 2) providing refreshment, increasing self-affirmation, and improving mental health. And the second effect could be achieved even with just one-off training, as long as participants had enough time away from their daily lives to immerse themselves in the experience. On the other hand, the study also suggested that conducting short Sandplay experience in everyday places and among everyday human relationships might make it difficult to deepen the experience and could pose a risk of it becoming an invasive experience for the participants. | |||||||||||
