| 内容記述 | Haiku is the shortest poem in the world, and it contains a variety of things such as the Japanese sense of beauty, view of nature, philosophy, thought, and sentiment. Haiku also has the rule. That is to say, Haiku requires seasonal word and it must compose of 17 syllables. In order to deepen understanding of haiku with these characteristics, we set the themes of mindfulness in haiku, relationship of haiku between emotions, and the dialogue and interaction between haiku creators and appreciators, and conducted bibliographical and empirical research. From the results, we considered the mental benefits of creating and appreciating haiku. In the final chapter, we provide a research perspective on the relationship between haiku and character strengths, and suggest the possibility of applying it to education for children and adolescents who are in the process of human growth. | |||||||||||
