| 内容記述 | 本稿は，鳴門教育大学におけるFD 活動としての，教員による授業の相互観察を通しての授業改善活動の概要を報告し，その到達点，課題を明らかにしたものである．同僚教員の授業を観察し，その後，それを基にして授業についての議論を行うことは，授業者，観察者双方の授業についての自省を促し，授業改善に繋がることが明らかにされているが，併せて，授業を見る専門性と同僚性の関係，授業参観をいかにして組織化していくのか等，いくつかの問題点も明らかにされている． | |||||||||||
