Moreover, among the programs, the one for 3rd−grade children at elementary schools was focussed. First, the structure of the hierarchical purposes for this program was introduced. Next, after clarifying the differences in purposes between grades, concrete educational methods were explained for the 3rd grade in detail, which included the plans for class guidance and blackboard demonstration, along with the detailed scenarios, for teachers.
