| 内容記述 | 本実践研究では，不登校生徒に対する教育支援センターやスクールカンセラーと連携した支援のあり方について検討することを目的とした。X年４月～ X年10月の期間に， 教育支援センターのスタッフとして不登校生徒を支援し， 中学校ではコーディネーターとして校内支援会の機能強化に取り組んだ。また，オンライン・スーパービジョンにより大学との連携に取り組んだ。それらの実践を検証した結果，①アセスメントが起点となって支援の方向性が定まること，②不登校生徒を一人の人間として理解すること，③支援は前向きの方向で考えること，④連携では， 学校の「できること」「できないこと」を判別すること， の4点が組織的な連携体制を構築する要因となることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpos e o f this Practical research was to examine the ideal form of support for non-Attendance students in Collaboration with Educational support Centers and School Counselors. During the period from April X to October X, As A Staff member of the Educational Support Center, I supported non-Attendance students, and at the junior high school, I worked as a coordinator to strengthen the function of the school support team. We also worked on collaboration with the university t hrough online supervision. As a result of verifying these practices, it was found that (1) Assessment is the starting point for determining the direction of support, (2) Understanding the non-Attendance student as a human being, (3) Thinking About support in a positive direction, and (4) Distinguishing between what a school can do and what it cannot do through collaboration. It was suggested that the four points Are factors in building an organizational collaboration system. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
